Welcome to The District at Eastover! We are delighted to have you as our guest. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

This policy applies to all guest son privately owned property managed as The District at Eastover. Entry onto the property constitutes acceptance of these rules.

Private Property Notice: The District at Eastover is private property. Management reserves the right to deny entry, remove any individual not in compliance, and impose permanent expulsion from the property.

Conduct: Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward the property and others. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to loud or offensive language, harassment, or any conduct that disturbs others, is prohibited.

Weapons: Possession of weapons of any kind is prohibited.

Clothing: Guests must wear appropriate clothing at all times. Attire that is obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited.

Solicitation: Solicitation of any kind is not allowed without the expressed written approval from The District Management Co.

Loitering: Loitering is prohibited. The property, including all common areas and green space, is reserved forindividuals actively shopping, dining, working, or residing on-site.

Pets: Pets are permitted only if non-aggressive, kept on a leash at all times, and under the owner’s control. Pet owners must immediately cleanup aftertheir pets.

Photography: Commercial photography is prohibited without prior written approval from The District Management Company.

Expressive Activity: Unauthorized expressive activity is prohibited, including demonstrations, performances, and non-commercial advertising not sponsored by TheDistrict at Eastover.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property
